Care & Maintenance Requirements

To maintain your warranty coverage, all Sydney Homewares products must be cleaned and maintained in accordance with our official care guidelines. Failure to follow proper care and maintenance procedures may void your warranty entitlements.

Please refer to our Care & Maintenance Guide for detailed cleaning and upkeep instructions for each product category, including LED mirrors, tapware, basins, showers, vanities, and more.

Key requirements include:

  • Using only recommended cleaning products and methods for each product type
  • Avoiding abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or bleach-based products on surface finishes
  • Keeping products dry and free from prolonged moisture exposure where applicable
  • Following installation and usage instructions provided with each product

Commercial Use

Products used for commercial purposes are covered by a 12-month warranty, inclusive of replacement products, parts, and labour.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product care and maintenance instructions
  • Products that have been modified or serviced by unauthorised persons

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos of the defect

Our team will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days with an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those statutory rights.
